Easy to assemble. Garden looks great.

Posted by Theresa on 14th Jun 2016

I am happy that I ordered this. It went together easily and it looks really nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that I think the weed cloth should have been a little wider and longer.

It was rather expensive to get it filled with the mix. I bought 2 4x4 squares and I had to buy several bags of humus, vermiculite and compost, but I won't have to fill it again, ever. So, the initial investment was a bit pricey but I have a great garden that will not need much attention next year, only the planting.

I am glad that I bought the book. It really helped me to understand the why and how of square foot gardening and how to plant the grid.

    Nice looking planter

I give it 4 stars based on appearance and quality only since I've only had it for a couple days. After a year of having it I might update this review

    Looks good

I was hoping to be able to assemble this planter with my 12 year old daughter, but we ended up needing my husband's help for the strength to snap the sides of our 12" deep planter in place properly. Otherwise, we are thrilled with the neat appearance, which is the reason we decided to order a planter rather than make our own.

    Nice Looking Planter

Easy to assemble, looks great. I only wish the grid could be fastened on. The grid lays on top of the soil and the wind can move it.
