When you place an order, the estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose by the computer, not by a real live person. Please be aware that we make most products to order, and that during the high season it may take up to 3 weeks to produce and ship the items you purchase. We will do everything in our power to get the order to you in a timely manner. If you need a rush order, please leave us a note, so we may accommodate. We welcome emails and phone calls for your connivence. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
All returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If items are damaged or broken due to shipping or handling, we will replace the items at no cost to you. Simply return the items with all original packaging and accessories and we will refund you the shipping cost and send you a replacement. If you decide you do not like the item, or it needs to be sent back do to any reason outside the quality or specifications, we can not refund shipping charges or pay for the return postage.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items must be in re-salable condition.
